Mapping is the intense study about the of candidate’s current and past work, Academics, papers, Salaries, Location preference, Promotions, Role, Department, Domain

16)   Get the details of Peoples in terms of the availability based on the experience level
17)   Figure out how many are from Top Tire colleges.
18)   From which companies they joined
19)   Map candidates Experience and the current level.
Simply you need to do a postmortem of the candidate.
